My doctor wants me to take B-12 over the counter supplements. I have two questions. Can I take the pill at the same time as I take metformin? The second question is how do you swallow this tiny pill? It sticks in my mouth. Even drink a lot of water and tilting my head back does't help.I have tried two brands and both are a problem to swallow. I had to stick the pill in my tuna fish sandwich to get it down. Appreciate any suggestions.
I have taken a B-12 for years. Never had a problem with it,
If you are having such a time with the pill you can take B-12 shots maybe that would be better for you.
My mother took B12 together with her insulin injections. Seems no problem at all. The effect is different.
