No one knows how long you will live. When I was in my 30's a group of us went to a Palm Reader she said I would die a 44...this October I'll be 83 LOL.
Keep worrying about and it will effect you blood sugar, that is stress right on. Relax enjoy your life it's the only one you will have.
46 years I have been on insulin if you times that by 4 sometimes 5 shots per day for that length of time...it is a wonder I hold any water.
I use to do good with the A1C's but I have other problems an have to have steroids shots so for the past 3 years I have been messed up with the A1C's. Normally they run 150 - 167.
The first day after I get a shot I will get a 425-450 reading so I have to adjust my insulin accordingly each day by the time I am back to normal...I get another shot...LOL
Cheer up dear there are worse things than Diabetes, most diabetics I know are much healthier than the average person
